Kathleen opened Advanced Green Home Solutions as an environmental services firm in 2014. Since then, it has grown into a multimillion dollar woman-owned company with over 40 employees serving residential, nonprofit, commercial and governmental clients in Maryland and New Jersey. We provide expert energy assessments, weatherization, solar installations and renovations to ensure safe and healthy air quality, comfortable homes and offices, and a reduction in energy use and carbon footprints. “My highly skilled and friendly team is the true backbone to our success. She is a successful 30-year campaign manager and fundraiser for federal, state and local elected officials, former statehouse lobbyist for the City of Annapolis, and director of development for the nonprofit Leadership Anne Arundel to assist business and community leaders.
